Trade Setups for the week
Scanned thru the charts and some interesting setups
How about that NQ 24730.50 level this morning? :)
As promised, wanted to make a separate post for some trade setups this week now that we’ve opened for the week and things are settling in:
ORCL (Oracle) - Long
Oracle with a classic PEG setup (Gap higher, pullback to 21ema, and continue higher). Trend is strong bull in ORCL and I feel like the momentum will continue to push this higher. Seeing some insane OTM call flow for April coming thru today as well - if this is a bubble, we want to get long the strong names and ride the momo.
I like shares on this, with pretty wide stops set near 269. Above 328 targets 410 where I’d look to sell. Riskier play would be taking the April $400c’s @ $20.50 or the $350/$400 call spreads for $12.90 debit.TSLA (Tesla) - Long
TSLA is a hot mess of a chart but I have two major levels to lean against on this trade.. first is $423, if bulls can hold this, they are in control. $441 is the upside resistance that will cause a squeeze to $500+
Given it’s TSLA, I like playing way otm degenerate calls to try and capture the moves this stock likes to make.
- 12/19/25 $485/$500 call spreads @ $3.65 provide very good r/r
- TSLL shares another way to play this leveraged
*Any daily closes below 423, this play is void for me and opens up downside risk.MRK (Merck) - Long
MRK on watch for me, looking for it to test the gap and 21ema and will look to build a share position between $84-$85, tight stops down at $82 on this one.
CRM (Salesforce) - LONG
Adding Salesforce (CRM) in as a top trade idea as well. Getting quite coiled and back above the 21ema/flagging. Notable huge volume came in and gobbled the Sept earnings dip and held on test in October. I really like this setup for shares or even something like the December $290 calls @ $5.40 - notable $300 call buyers recently on the name and looks primed for a push higher.
These are my top 4 setups I’ll be looking to trade this week!
Cheers!-gtd

Great setups gtd! I bought the dip in ORCL today
Another banger on Orcl. Thank you.
